Former CEO, Founder

Corinne has spent almost 10 years organising, championing and campaigning for climate & environmental causes. As a part-time dentist, she advocates for sustainability within the dental industry and is committed to nurturing the next generation of environmentalists.

With over a decade of experience in education and behaviour change, Ann leads initiatives that place multicultural voices at the centre of climate action. She specialises in human-centred design and cultural storytelling to make climate engagement accessible and inspiring.

Ali brings seven years of experience in business development across the IT industry, alongside a background in youth climate spaces. He is passionate about climate justice and campaigning, using his professional skills to build relationships and engage communities and organisations in meaningful climate action.

Xi brings four years of experience as a landscape architect, creating sustainable, people-friendly outdoor spaces. She works with multicultural communities to increase engagement in climate action, believing that lasting solutions come from collective effort and shared leadership.

What is our core mission?

We’re a community-led climate organisation powered by Asian voices. Our mission is to turn culture, lived experience and community care into climate action — and to push for solutions that are fair, inclusive, and actually work for households and communities.

What do you actually do and how can I get involved?

We run community events, share practical resources (like guides on electrifying your home), and work with policymakers and partners to advocate for better climate and energy outcomes. You can get involved by attending an event, joining our newsletter, volunteering, or partnering with us on community outreach.

Is going electric or “living greener” going to cost me more?

Not necessarily. Many upgrades can save money over time through lower energy bills and improved efficiency, especially switching from gas to efficient electric appliances. We focus on practical steps and explain rebates, incentives and “no-regrets” actions so you can prioritise what makes sense for your budget.

The event brings together local organisations, volunteers and community leaders to connect, share priorities and build a stronger collective voice on issues such as cost of living, housing, transport and local services.
Electrify Your Life! Expo 2026

Join the Electrify Your Life! Expo 2026, hosted by the City of Boroondara and Electrify Boroondara, for a free, family-friendly day exploring practical ways to save on energy bills, improve home comfort and make the switch to electric.
Asians for Climate Solutions will deliver electric cooking demonstrations, showing practical ways to reduce gas use while still cooking the food you love.
Whitehorse Spring Festival 2026

Sun, 18 Oct, 10am–4pm AEST
Celebrate spring with the City of Whitehorse at one of the municipality’s biggest community events of the year. The festival brings together live performances, creative activities, workshops, food, local organisations and family-friendly entertainment in a lively outdoor setting.
It’s a great chance to spend the day with family and friends, discover local community groups and enjoy a wide range of activities for all ages.
