On Sunday 11 October, Asians for Climate Solutions joined the community at Electrify Your Life! Expo 2026 at Hawthorn Arts Centre. The expo brought together practical ideas and advice to help people create more comfortable, energy-efficient homes.
Our session attracted more than a dozen attendees, who raised thoughtful questions about home electrification. At our stall, we spoke with many visitors, including a visitor from China who shared his concerns about installing solar at home and generously offered a hand. His perspective reminded us how valuable it is to listen to people’s experiences and questions.
The outdoor induction cooking demonstration also drew plenty of interest. Visitors asked detailed questions about cooking with induction and the cost of cooktops, showing strong curiosity about this practical home technology.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their views and joined the conversations. We also thank the expo organisers, speakers and volunteers for making the day possible.
