Earlier in September, Asians for Climate Solutions joined the Chatswood Street Fair in Sydney to share practical, everyday ways to switch from gas to induction cooking.
Together with Willoughby City Council, we ran a bilingual stall in English and Mandarin, speaking with local residents about how induction cooking can help households save on energy bills, cook more efficiently and create healthier indoor air.
